Core4 was born from years of coaching and training a large variety of people (including business executives, athletes, barristers, graduate recruits, actors, and business owners).

Over time, we noticed that when individuals or teams had clear insights in these four areas, foundations for growth became solid, confidence and self-esteem increased, and results in all aspects of their lives improved.

It's been an inspiring and humbling experience watching these incredible journeys unfold.

Delivery Approach

All training is coach-led with an 'action and reflect' approach.  This means questions and reflection exercises that usually follow subject content.

Training is delivered successfully using the following methods

  • Face to face
  • Virtual
  • A combination of face to face and virtual

Training participants must be ready to get involved rather than sit and listen.

Suggested numbers for the greatest impact for this program would be 6 – 15 participants.

Delivery Time

For maximum impact, we like to run this program over seven weeks in fortnightly blocks.  There is a lot to process each session, and reflection time ensures participants will gain the most value from each part of this program.
